Install MineMeld on Ubuntu 16.04

We are trying to install MineMeld but while installing it we are getting below error.
sudo apt install -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite" -y minemeld
E: Unalbe to locate package minemeld

Did you follow https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/general-articles/manually-install-minemeld-on-ubuntu-16-04/ta-p... exactly and added key and repository before the install?
You may try to follow the instructions in git https://github.com/PaloAltoNetworks/minemeld-ansible still a year ago I installed minemeld without issues on newer ubuntu 20.x , so better test with newer supported releases as 16.x is end of life.
