How do I filter out excluded=Yes Alerts. I'm getting emails about alerts that are already excluded?

In order to no longer receive email notifications for alerts that have been excluded, navigate to settings>configurations>Notifications, then find the configuration that is being used to email alert notifications, right-click the configuration row and select "edit", then click "next" to bring you to the "Scope" page for this rule. From the scope page add a filter criteria for "Excluded = no", then click "next", then "save".
