Move Cortex XDR agent from one tenant to another (and back)

When we move an agent to a new management server, what would happen to the logs and telemetries we have on the old tenant? Would they be retained as per the usual policy or would they just get purged?

Also if we then move it back to the old tenant,

Just wondering how's the performance or resource is impacted when this protection is on, i bet it would have certain impact as this is "Disabled" by default. or any other concerns if ON?

As per my understanding Suppression rule can be created for IOC/BIOC

And exclusion can be created for rest other sources

Is there a possibility to write a rule so that alerts will be generated but they wont contribute towards an incident ?
