Enable and disable integration instance from playbook/automation

L4 Transporter

Hello,

We'd like to create a flux where an integration instance is enabled, then the function related to that instance is used, and finally the integration instance is disabled. How can this be done? No functions have been found.

Enable instance->Use function->Disable instance

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Josep, you can do this via an API call but the payload is big.  You can use the demisto-api-put command.

Is your use case to enable a button click approach to running a function when the integration is enable and stop when disabled. The above API is not recommended. Could you try with buttons inside an incident layout? You can keep the incident starred for quick access.

Hello Fernandes,

Let me explain deeper. We have problems with an external API which doesn't stop consuming coins, even not executing the related tasks inside XSOAR. We'd like to enable and disable the instance related to the API to avoid this consumption.
