I see the API documentation (e.g., https://cortex-panw.stoplight.io/docs/cortex-xsoar-8/qqt4382rrk8vo-create-an-incident-from-json), but it seems that in many cases the actual meaning and usage are not defined for some of the input fields. Because of this, I can't figure out how to use the /incident/json endpoint, even though I did figure out how to use the /incident endpoint. For example, there is no explanation of what the "all" and "force" inputs are used for, and I don't know what I should be putting in the CustomFileds and data inputs. Is there some source that would explain all this to me? (and I assume the same considerations apply to much of the endpoint documentation).
