I configured my playbook to execute EmailAskUser script but I don't know what is happening in the background causing the completion of the next task. Can somebody explain this behavior to me? The script isn't well documented and I was wondering the difference between email communication pack and this automation. For loading an email into an existence incident using email communication pack I had to create a preprocessing script. On the other hand, for EmailAskUser I just needed to configure the playbook.
Second task is a conditional manual task.

The screenshot you posted is showing the output for the conditional task (as noted by the diamond in the top left of the box) below your "Email Ask User" task. Can you post the War room output for task 183?
Also, what does your Email Ask User task block contain?
