SAML 2.0 -> message signature failed

L3 Networker

Hello

I do have problems to get Cortex XSOAR talking to our ADFS Server (Windows AD 2012)

Which certificate is here used? It should be, as fas as I understood, somewhere on Cortex XSOAR, but couldn't find anything...

Spoiler

Response from ADSF Server:

The verification of the SAML message signature failed.
Message issuer: http://<adfs-server-url>/adfs/services/trust
Exception details:
MSIS7075: SAML authentication request for the WebSSO profile must not specify any SubjectConfirmations.

This request failed.

User Action
Verify that the message issuer configuration in the AD FS configuration database is up to date.
Configure the signing certificate for the specified issuer.
Verify that the issuer's certificate is up to date.
Verify the issuer and server message signing requirements.

Thank you

roger

Please follow this guide https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/cortex/cortex-xsoar/6-0/cortex-xsoar-admin/users-and-roles/authent... that explains how to configure both the ADFS server and the XSOAR side to enable that

Hello Ori

We followed this document already and we use ADFS 3.0 but on w2012r2. w2016 uses ADSF 4.0, but we do not use them.

Thank you

roger
