Hello,
I am having an error when trying to access the PSE foundation course on Beacon as in the screenshot attached. 
It is saying that "Activity Locked".
What is the cause for this error and how can I fix this?

It is now unlocked after getting the access to NextWave partner portal. Thanks all.
