The certmetrics.com website does not display my PMRna certificate

Hi!

I passed the PMRna certificate on January 28, 2022.

Until now, I have not received an email informing me about that, and when I access certmetrics.com, I do not see this certificate.

Where can I send the request to fix this problem?
