Error: application 'ms-ds-smb-base' not found when commit

Hello, 

Working in a helpdesk, alone for the moment ... One of our customer actually encountering an issue, trying to solve it as usual, however when I try to commit to save changes, the Palo Alto give me this message : 

Error: application 'ms-ds-smb-base' not found

Does anybody have an idea ?

Fixed with a reboot, don't know why but now it works 🙂
