I am trying to retake the SaaS Security API Exam but it's not working. Could you please help me on this?

So, I am not 100% sure this is the case, but with some certification exams through Palo Alto, you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can retake it. For instance, with the PSE Strata Pro if you don't pass the first time, you have to wait 24 hours before next attempt, if you fail the second attempt you have to wait 10-15 business days, and so on. Once you have failed four times you have to reach out to Palo Alto and speak with someone about trying to take it again, which they do not guarrentee you will be able to. That is why you should prepare as much as possible, and take advange of the resources they provide.I hope this helps.
