NDG Labs, Palo Alto Fundementals Bundle Training Package

Hi.

Looking for assistance with labs.

 

I purchased the Palo Alto Fundamentals bundle through NDG labs and it doesn't work. 

 

I have reached out to NDG and initially received one reply that requested screenshots of my problem. I sent the screenshots back to NDG and since then got ghosted. I have reached out to them again and with reply response.

 

So I reached out to Palo Alto EDU Support.

I received a reply email from Palo Alto that said my "support issue had been resolved" and the email included a few links to the PAN Support portal "Live Community". I thought, GREAT! As it ends up the email links don't work and when I click them an error message pops up that says to "contact my Salesforce Admin" on new page.?..

 

A second link in the email took me to a page with an error that read "contact PAN CS Support".

 

So I called PAN CS support local number and was told to email the PAN EDU Support. I explained that I had and that was I had been direct to reach out to PAN general support. The nice person on the phone said there was nothing that he could do and to reach out to and email PAN EDU Support.

 

Now I originally reached out to NDG Labs first because I purchased the training through them, which I believe was the right thing to do to get help, contact the people that you purchased the product from And I have no issue in going down that road. But when I was ghosted my only option at this point was to contact Palo Alto for support, so I'm here.

 

I would love to get this resolved and I'm two weeks in at this point. If this is not a Palo Alto thing that hey can help with this would be great to know and I will revert back to NDG.

 

So far I have gone through the NDG support docs, Palo Alto support docs, changed all the settings in my computers that are suggested, added website access and given permissions, But I don't know what to do at this point other than request a refund from NDG.

 

The curious thing about the situation is, for the most part, the NDG Labs Cisco, VM Ware, CompTIA and Linux training usually  works fine. The site sometimes, and I assume, shows signs of being busy during certain hours and I had a brief hiccup with the Security+ labs when I first started but that ended up being an issue with my schools portal. Btw, the issue I am experiencing now is not connected with my school, this is training that I purchased myself as something fun to do.

 

So, If anyone in the community has a suggestion or can point me in the right direction I would be extremely very grateful.
