No matter how many times I try to complete the course, it isn't marked as completed. I am unable to move further and complete the course. 

I kindly request you to look into the matter.

Dear All,
I had a same problem and resolved after report to Beacon Support <beacon@paloaltonetworks.com>.

Beacon Support will update the recordsand we can able to take the assessment.

Hope it can help other that having same problem.

I am also facing the same issue sent email to beacon@paloaltonetworks.com, hope they will resolve the issue
