Can Traps agent be configured to choose between a on-premise server or a cloud instance?

Hi everyone I have a question that you probably have not asked yet as far as I have searched. I hope you can answer it and all of us can learn from it question: I'd like to know if it is possible to configure a traps agent to connect either an on-premise server when connected to the internal network, or to a traps cloud instance (traps management service) when connected out of the internal network. Is that configuration possible? (I know that actually, I can publish one of my own servers to the public internet but some clients have asked if they can skip that part and just use the on-premise server or the cloud instance depending on if they are in or out the internal network).

I apologize I answered your other question with this questions answer (ive fixed that).

The On-Prem solution (ESM) and the Cloud-based solution (TMS) do not have the ability for their agents to work with the opposite. Meaning, if an agent is installed and configured to work with the ESM, it will not work with TMS, the reverse is also true.
