Hi,
We have problem with ESM.
We have no connexion with Wildfire. Internet connexion is OK, we can ping the wildfire url.
ESM is up to date.
Please help

Are you still having this issue? If so, are you seeing any error messages in the logs? Also, can you log into the WildFire portal? https://wildfire.paloaltonetworks.com ?

Yes I still have this issue. Our Service Provider has contacted paloalto support as partner.
I'm waiting for news. i don't have the account to contact wildfire. My partner has.
