Traps compatible with Mojave (MacOS 10.14)?

Just curious since i saw this today after upgrading my Mac. Thanks.

I've got the 5.0.3 client working on Mojave at the moment, but I'm not sure if the latest 4.1 client works if you aren't using the TMS. 

 

Actually I have to make some modifications with this, as I just tested it with a clean beta install that hadn't seen the install yet. While the existing install started working last week with my personall install, trying to do a clean install still leaves you with a message that Mojave is too new to get installed. 

Tomorrow I'll attempt to do another transition will bringing a working install into Mojave and see if it works like that; hopefully PA releases a supported update shortly. 

 

Palo Alto should be releasing a compatible agent after QA testing against the GA release of Mojave.

I'm going to attempt to reinstall the agent, but this is the state of the Traps 5.0.3.1166 agent after upgrading to macOS Mojave on my workstation.

Palo Alto Networks will release a compatible version once QA is complete with final testing against GA release of 10.14

Just got an update notification for Traps Agent 5.0.3.1170, which appears to support macOS Mojave GM.

how did you get the update? 

The updated installer is now an option when you create a new install package. Remember that all of your older install packages (OSX installer) will no longer work. As well, you can do a bulk upgrade of your endpoints, and monitor the upgrade via the 'Action Tracker' tab.

I created the installer and tried to upgrade manually.It installed but the exploit and malware protection is still grayed out. Should i unistall and do a clean install after that?

For all concerned on this thread.Unstalling and reinstalling from stratch worked.It reports correctly as well on the cloud portal.

Where do you see the 5.0 agent? When I go to Support.paloaltonetworks.com and go to my Advanced End Point Protection and click on Software/Downloads, it still only shows me 4.2.1 as the latest package to download. Thanks.
