Traps - Tier A vs Tier C

Good Morning Colleagues

I have received quotation from Palo Alto distributor in Egypt for Palo Alto traps , Can you help me explaining the difference between the below options of traps:

Option A: Traps Advanced Endpoint Protection for agents, tier A, 1-year prepaid, includes Premium Support

Option B: Traps Advanced Endpoint Protection for agents, tier C, 1-year prepaid, includes Premium Support

Thx in advance

Best Regards

Re: Traps - Tier A vs Tier C

Hi @AhmedSallam -

Sorry, I was out of the office yesterday.  I heard back from one of the sales reps.  The tier letter serves no technical purpose or difference in service whatsoever.  It only has to do with quantity of agents.

Hi @AhmedSallam -

I'm not sure on this answer.  I've passed the link to this article to one of our reps that can provide us the answer.  I will let you know his response.
