Just built a brand new VM running Ubuntu 16.04.6 with Expedition version 1.1.65, but I cannot login to the GUI using any credentials, including admin/paloalto or expedition/paloalto. Also, when looking at the /home/userSpace directory, the /utils subfolder is missing. Please advise where I should look for an issue. Thanks in advance!

I would say that your installation process did not work correctly.
Check the output you got during the installation process to see where may the installation have failed. With that information we may be able to assist you further.

Figured out the problem, and at this point its the certificate issue, however the workaround that's listed in the forum is not working for me as I get some error when trying to generate a certificate, but I have confirmed that the system works by using Firefox.
