ACC Tab does not display information acc tab does not display information and displays the message No Matching Records

Hi I have a Pan 500 with the software version 3.1.4 and whe

when joining the acc tab and apply a filter application for example above shows me no information and only sent me The message of No Matching Records.

I suggest something?

Can you test by filtering on web-brosing or dns.  That error typically means the app you are filtering on has not been seen, or you have a typo.

hello,

you can try to restart dataplane or REBOOT the device . Something I have the same problem and when I reboot the device all works fine.

check also that in your rule, the log is enable at end session
