Addig a new user to our company

We recently registered to Palo Alto Partner Portal.

I would like to add more colleagues to PAPP, but I cannot figure out where/how to do this.

Unfortunately I cannot open the solution on the link because:

 

We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

 

 

I think I don't have a salesforce admin.
