How to reset webserver access.log?

I have out of space on the root partition (PA5020, 4.06). How should i delete webserver access.log?

as far as I know SSH Proxy is same as SSL Proxy
so I installed Bitvise SSH Server(Personal Version) recently
I have confirmed be server normally
