BlueJeans Cloud Video Bridge having issues with dual screen mode presentations (App-ID BFCP)

L4 Transporter

Has anyone done a successful deployment with Cisco endpoints, Cisco Jabber or Skype for Business with BlueJeans video bridging? We are having issues when someone starts a presentation the video is on one screen and works fine but the second screen which is the presentation (powerpoint, desktop, etc.), there is a delay and it can keep getting worse. Anyone not going through a Palo Alto it appears to be just fine for them. The session eventually becomes uknown-udp when they are out of sync. Creating an App-ID bypass never helped anything. Bumping up the bfcd timeout seemed to help with the unknown-udp but not the delay.

Skype 20% of presentatons appear/80% say there are network issues but won't display it

Cisco Endpoints - 20% of the time presentations DO NOT appear (10 minutes good and then unknown-udp on what was the bfcp ports) Bluejeans says that they send BFCP packets every 30 seconds to keep the floor open but we don't necessarily

Jabber -delays get worse until unusable (not even a slideshow of the frames anymore) - stop presenting and restart, the delay starts back at none
