Cannot enter "Maint" at boot via cli

L1 Bithead

All,

somehow I lost connection to my PA-200. Im trying to do a factory reset on it and I am not able to enter 'maint" during boot via console.  I am using putty .  When I try, it just keeps loading the kernal.  is there a way to pause to enter "maint"?

It will not go past this either

regards

During the early boot process, there is a choice to either autoboot or type 'maint' to get into maintenance mode. I think you get 5 seconds to make the choice.

Thanks for the reply,  thats the problem, I cannot pause the screen to enter the maint mode,  how ever, I was able to get past the issue on the screen.  had to change a setting in putty.

regards
