Creating Custom Reports on Panorama 4.1.7

I'm having trouble scheduling a custom report, I get the email but the report is blank, not sure what I'm doing wrong.I followed the instructions per documentation, I created a Report Group, as well as an email Schedule and when i'm within Custom Report if I say run now it runs and I get data back; but when it's scheduled to get emailed I do not get the same results. What am I missing?

Try different smtp server if anything will change or not.

Also upgrade your panorama os if possible.
