Downgraded from PAN 850 from 9.1.1 to 9.0.8.

L4 Transporter

2 months ago Upgraded the OS from 9.0.0 to 9.1.1 Now we have downgraded the OS from 9.1.1 to 9.0.8.. after successful of a downgrade.  we can see the firewall has lots of errors in auto commits as we clear those errors and tried manual commit has a lot of error and fail to commit.

Validation Error: import -> network -> interface 'sdwan' is not a valid reference import -> network -> interface is invalid import -> network is invalid import is invalid vsys is invalid devices is invalid Validation Error: import -> network -> interface 'sdwan' is not a valid reference import -> network -> interface is invalid Config 'portal-agent-config': GlobalProtect App Dynamic Configuration misses information for 'show-system-tray-notifications'. (Module: sslvpn) Commit failed

we have tried to load the auto backup of 9.0.0 which is taken by device before the upgradation of 9.1.1.. since the up-gradation we can see there is some policy are missing in rule-base.

I m looking for downgrade the 9.1.1 to 9.0.8 with complete configurations. how i can perform this.

Hi,

For rolling back I would not use the downgrade.

I would use the revert option instead.
