I received the report for 4 days, but it is marked as no matching data found.

Hi @qmso475 ,

 

A user experienced a similar issue and TAC found several issues with the /reports_gen process and needed to log into the firewall with root credentials to fix it.

Is it a certificate for scep?

The /reports_gen process is a subprocess performed by the mgmtsrv process. I would recommend reaching out to TAC to fix this issue.

 

A user experienced a similar issue and found the following:
