FIPS Mode on VM-Series

I have a couple of questions regarding FIPS mode on a VM-Series platform:
1. Is this possible?
2. Does FIPS mode disable access to the Hypervisor console similar to disabling the serial connection on a physical appliance?
3. How do CSRs get exported / imported to a firewall running in FIPS mode (is this done before FIPS mode is enabled)?
4. Are there any other differences to consider when running FIPS mode on a VM-series firewall?
