Global Protect - Andriod 4.0.4 Issues

Hi,

 

Can someone help me understand what the below errors mean while trying to connect to the gateway, I haven't been able to find much related information.

 

The user is trying to use an Android device,  the errors are gathered from the same device.

 

15:34:40:18153 - error from connect, useOurVerifier=true


15:34:40:18373 - 1738, found exception:javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: SSL handshake aborted: ssl=0x755f7d78: Failure in SSL library, usually a protocol error
error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure (external/openssl/ssl/s23_clnt.c:741 0x733afcf8:0x00000000)


15:34:40:18455 - a client cert might not right, clear cache now
