Global-protect clients not getting IPs

L1 Bithead

Hello,

One of ours client upgraded netconnect (4.0.8) to global-protect 1.1.2 (4.1.2).

In logs I can see that client is authenticated, but is not getting any IP. Communication is allowed so ipsec is not blocked. I've checked configuration at it seems fine.

Client is getting the following error on the Client - Portal Error.

In client logs I can also see this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><response>     <type>portal</type>     <status>Disconnected</status>     <protocol/>     <portal-config-version>0</portal-config-version>     <error/>     <product-version>1.1.0-125</product-version>     <product-code>"{3164D454-B88A-492F-ACBE-DB31BA42E3A8}"</product-code>     <portal-status>Invalid portal</portal-status>     <user-name>xxxx</user-name>     <state>Retrieving configuration...</state></response>

Regards,

Piotr Bratkowski

Can you please open a support ticket and work with our support team on verifying your configuration? it seems this would be the easiest and fastest way to identify the issue and also to provide a solution without posting your configuration on this forum.
