Global Protect V 5.0.4 Auto disconnect after Connected few second in Windows Server 2019 Data Center

Hi Expert,

Pls, I have a problem when installed the GP in window server 2019 Data center platform ( AWS). GP auto disconnect after connected successfully a few seconds.

Hope hear any suggest from you to solve this problem.

Best regards,

Cyber Elite

While it will work, note that Windows Server isn't actually detailed as a supported client as far as GlobalProtect is concerned.

Do you control the firewall that this connects to or not? The firewall logs would be the first place that I would look to see if the logs give you any sort of hint into why the disconnect is happening; if nothing shows up on the firewall logs the client logs are all stored under Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect. The PanGPS and pan_gp_event logs should give you everything you need.

Dear BPry,

I'm focus in Windows server 2019 platform is not compatible with GP.

The traffic from PA monitoring the traffic while GP connected. I checked the log from GP Agent, It was deleted account, gateway,... after connected successfully.
