Help determining proper set-up for DSL circuit

I have a 2020, port 1 public facing has 2-Wire Bell modem with a static IP assigned. DSL (RJ11) in, CAT5 out. The userID and Passs are defined on the DSL modem.

I would like to connect this and share the access from ports 2-4 which are NW segments with specific IP ranges, GW's and NAT's set up.

What is the best confg for the Internet facing port. Could I simply use a V-wire and have all 3 NW ports utilize that? Or do I use layer 2 and create VLAN's?

Thanks for any tips you folks may have.

John
