Hello,
We have PA-220 with PAN-OS 9.1. Do you know if it is possible to use our O365 tenant as an email server? I have tried a few configurations but no success 😞
I am sure that I am using the correct Emal gateway but I do not see where I can fill in the account's username, password, and TLS configuration.

Hi @Beko ,
In PAN-OS 10.0 and up you can select SMTP over TLS as protocol to connect to the email server, select the TLS version and set the authentication details.

I did the above changes as you mentioned but still the issue persists. We are getting an error failed to send email via gateway smtp.office365.com while sending test email in from email scheduler. But the test connection is successful while doing test from email profile settings. Please help me to resolve this problem.
