Hello all
I’d like to change the registered device under my account to Customer Company’s account.
Korea branch of Company A has introduced PA4020 some time ago.
Company A’s APAC HQ (same company with korea branch) located in Singapore already has introduced a PaloAlto F/W and using them.
I've registered devices under my account for devices of Korea branch.
But APAC HQ requested to transfer from my account to APAC HQ account.
Please let me know how to transfer registered devices under my account to customer's account.

Hi Eugene,
Since the device is in your own company's account, you can transfer the device yourself to another user registered on the Support Portal. Please see the instructions at this link:

Hi Eugene,
You can open support case with all the details to request it. You may need to provide some document to prove that you are transferring the unit within the same customer but for different account.
Please copy our Korea team for this case.
