Dear Team,
Our company has two ISP lines, and we are looking to enable ECMP to fully utilize the bandwidth.
However, we are currently facing a challenge. Our traffic defaults to ISP1, and behind ISP1, we have engaged a third-party company to configure SD-WAN to connect to our other branches, which also defaults to ISP1.
If we now enable ECMP on both ISP lines and choose the Balanced Round Robin algorithm, I am concerned about the potential impact on the SD-WAN routes behind ISP1. Specifically, I am wondering if the SD-WAN tunnels might alternate between ISP1 and ISP2.
I would appreciate your insights on whether enabling ECMP with the Balanced Round Robin algorithm could affect the stability and performance of our SD-WAN connections.
