Hello all,
We have a M-100 device that has 120 devices currently connected to it.As of February of this year we have not been able to context switch to about 5 of the devices from our primary unit. This includes it will no longer push apps and threats to those devices either.
When I login to the devices we can't context switch to I see that the session is attempting to establish on the Logged in Admins section of the dashboard but the connection never completes. If I go to the HA Backup Unit and try to switch to the same context it will connect with no issues.
Has anyone else ever had this issue? I've had a TAC case open with Palo for 3 months now with no resolution.
