IOS users are unable to connected with global protect

L4 Transporter

Hi,

 

Iam facing the issue with global protect is not connected with IOS users and getting this error after entering username and password.

Hi @Joshan_Lakhani ,

Based on the error message and the logs it seems your GP client is able to connect to GP portal, but failing to authenticate to GP gateway. Some more experience may be able to guess what could the problem only from few logs you have provide, but it will be much more easy to figure it out if you can share some screenshots or config snippets.
