Minemeld unable to login to web gui

L0 Member

I have seen a few related articles on here about this already, but I haven't been able to resolve my issue. I am receiving the following error when trying to login to the web gui: "ERROR CHECKING CREDENTIALS: Bad Gateway"

I found that the minemeld.service will not start and found this error via journalctl -xe

Something is wrong in the MineMeld installation: redis can't load the config.
Is this a pristine installation? How did you install it?

It was installed before I was hired and I have been able to sign in before. (Not sure when the problem started) I'd be happy to gather more logs to provide more insight. Please let me know.
