Multicast Access to External Stream

L1 Bithead

Looking for some info on getting multicast working through the Palo Alto. Current working with version 8.11 and previously accessed this iptv stream located externally via a tunnel. Now that hardware has changed, we need to find a way to access this external UDP video stream via the firewall. Went by the latest multicast article on the PA ntwks website, but unable to get it working. Is there any legacy articles I could look at as well or tips on which setting I may have missed?

Side question, other than the settings in the virtual router, I created a rule that allows any source to any multicast zone. saw some internal to internal pims getting denied. Is it necessary to create a rule that allows the int-int pim requests?

Much appreciated!
