In the credit estimator, it shows a choice of support options: "Premium" or "Premium Partner-Led". However, there is no separate support SKU to specify while ordering credits, neither is there such a choice when creating a deployment profile. Can someone in the know please tell me how this works, which support comes with NGFW credits and how would this selection make sense in the credit estimator. Thanks!
PS. And I know the correct answer would be ask your distributor or PAN SE but the reason I'm asking here is that I've tried to get an answer to this for months on end and there is no reply and no answer.
