I purchased a PA-220 with 3 year subscriptions for my home. I was forced to use my employer's email address for ID validation by PAN. However, I no longer work for that employer and now I CANNOT access the PA Customer Portal with my old work email address.
I spoke to my PAN rep, and he suggested creating a TAC case, but I cannot do that with my existing account.
How can I move my PA-220 registration from my old employer email to my personal email account?

This happened to me with a previous employer. I had to get in contact with my previous team to transfer ownership to my personal.
