Hi,
I am facing an issue with when login support portal.
I have configured 2FA Methods to use Email, but it seems too slow to receive email.
The occurs page expired after I fill in the code.
I would like to change 2FA Methods to google auth,
Is there anyone who can help with this?

could you submit request through this link: https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/login-assistance ? Support will be able to reset your MFA, then you can set it up for Google Authenticator.

Try to follow the steps from this link Two Factor Authentication for Customer Support Portal - Knowledge Base - Palo Alto Networks
If you don't have any access to your account you need to contact support and ask them to remove the email 2FA, which will allow you to authenticate with password only, but you will immedially prompted to choose new second factor.
