Make sure the management interface is allowed to get to the PaloAlto licensing portal. Of if you have another interface that is allowed, use that as the service route. Also verify that it is showing correctly on the support portal as well as on the correct device serial number.
my device is connected to internet and correct serial number updated on support portal.
We tried to retrieve license on the firewall. Now URL Filtering has been replaced with Advance URL Filtering and added in my support portal.
But Advanced URL filtering feature is not showing on my device.
