Pan-OS 10.0.0 series version WebGui working slow

L2 Linker

PA-850 model. From last 2 months its working slow we upgraded it to 10.0.6 version. If any have reason behind this please share.

Or any one have details from TAC then please share in comment.

Our PA 220 and PA 850 model we upgraded with 10.0.6 version and facing slowness issue WebGui page of any tab we click it take time to open. If we click on any policy it take more than 20 sec. At time of commit it take time.

 

If any one is facing same issue or having workaround please share with us.

Hi @SurajN ,

 

Why would you upgrade to 10.0.6 and not go to the current preferred release (10.0.9)?

Upgrading to the preferred release will rule out any possible bugs before that release.

I would even take it a bit further and I would recommend going to the preferred 10.1.x release seeing that 10.0.x will be end-of-life by July 2022.

That being said, sluggish behavior is generally an indication of having resource issues.  Have you checked if you're possible running into your device limits ?
