I have a PA-220 at home
I have a problems signing in to the support site.
I get the following message when I want to log in to the support site:
An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact support.
And of course I can't create a ticket regarding this problem.
Any idea how I can fix this problem

Go back to the login screen where you enter your email, underneath there should be a "get help" button to open a ticket with our customer success team.
