In my PA3220 there are 16k items in task manager - all jobs and it takes few minutes to load.
Is there a way to delete it or something?

Restart the management plane. This will clear all jobs (except recent few)
The cli command:
debug software restart process management-server

The Task Manager is designed to retain a history of tasks until the firewall is rebooted. For clearing individual jobs, enter the following in the CLI:
> show jobs all
> clear job id <job_id>

That would delete only 1 job, while I need to delete thousands.
