TCP or UDP timeout values for app-id

L1 Bithead

I want to know if there is a major impact on PAN firewalls/hardware CPU or disk space if I change the timeout values of certian app-id like stun or cisco-spark-audio-video, rtcp ? My cusotmer had an issue with Spark wherein the presentation & video stream of Cisco Spark was not working. I changed the udp timeout of stun from default (300 sec) to 500 sec & it works fines now.

I do understand  it will have some impact on firewall processes but is this something I should consult with TAC or is there a KB article which can help me understand the impact ?
