TLS Error only in Chrome, 'fixed' by rebooting Palo pair

L0 Member

Once in late October and then again January 31, we had an issue where several users wer getting TLS errors in Chrome, but IE was working fine. I don't have a screen shot, but the verbiage of the error was:

"This site can't provide a secure connection, uses an insecure protocol"

"This page cannot be displayed, please turn on TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2"

Troubleshooting indicated that those were indeed checked, and again, this was only affecting Chrome. Eventually we ended up rebooting the Palos, but I can't find anything in the logs to indicate anything was failing.

Anyone else experience anything like this? I can't imagine the Palos just get gummed up every 90 days and need to be kicked...right?
