We are encountering an error during the installation of the Cortex XDR agent on one of the machines.
"Cortex xdr requires rollback/Commit to be enabled"
Could you kindly provide the solution to resolve this issue?

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out LiveCommunity.
I believe it is best to open a TAC case for additional review and log checking to determine what is causing this issue.

Hi @AAlsaadi ,
Thank you for writing to live community!
As we see in your screenshot, it appears that your Windows IT team may have GPOs configured in your environment as part of OS hardening process to prevent rollback of applications/softwares. Cortex XDR agent has a service known as a health helper which is designed to rollback the agent to a previous version in case of agent upgrades which are not stable and as a result this compliance seems to be failing.
Please consider reaching out to software deployment or respective stakeholders to disable this and attempt installation. Additionally, you can consider using msiexec command based installation with verbose logging enabled to be able to provide evidences to them for installation requirements.
