Our company has hired someone to make a sales video and they have released a draft of the video on YouTube. The draft is an unlisted YouTube video and our users are not able to view it. The page opens and the video screen just spins, trying to connect and play the video. All users are able to view any other YouTube video that is publicly listed. What is the main difference between and unlistd video and a listed video?
Looking at the traffic logs, the YouTube page is throwing a deny action from my deny_all rule based on application http-video. The crazy thing is the video is an https site. I already have a rule for the http-video application which it is not meeting since that application default is for port 80 only "http". Since the http-video rule and application are not met it bypass' to the deny-all rule. Why is the http-video application being called and incorectly at that? How can I get this video to play?

If you happen to use IE then press F12 > Network > Play button
This helps you to identify all url's IE pulls traffic from when you go to this url site.
Are all URL's over https?
Do you use decryption?
What is beginning of unlisted video url (before /) - is it same as for regular ones?
