L1 Bithead

Hello everyone,

I have problem with connect username from AD to IP address.

I have two AD controllers and I have install on it Palo Alto Networks User-ID Agent.

01/05/16 09:00:14:034[Debug 550]: IP 172.18.1.10 is added (name: net\user1, time: 1451980806).
01/05/16 09:00:14:034[Debug 448]: IP 172.18.1.10 login name gets changed from net\user1 to net\user2.
01/05/16 09:00:14:034[Debug 550]: IP 172.18.1.10 is added (name: net\user2, time: 1451980806).
01/05/16 09:00:14:034[Debug 448]: IP 172.18.1.10 login name gets changed from net\user2 to net\user1.
01/05/16 09:00:14:034[Debug 550]: IP 172.18.1.10 is added (name: net\user1, time: 1451980806).
01/05/16 09:00:14:034[Debug 460]: IP 172.18.1.10 login time gets changed from 1451980806 to 1451980807.

and so on...

172.18.1.10 is the IP address of the local server when both of this user need to login.

But in the local computer(ip 172.18.1.150) net\user2 is not connected to the IP address.

How can I repair it?

If you have 2 users who need to log into 172.18.1.10 then you should install Terminal services agent on this box.

With this solution you can have more than one user behind single IP address.

On the other hand if you need to exclude some user from UserID then you can use exclude list.

For example when UserID picks up some service account for example.
